I was making comparison checks to find †he best insurance deal when I spoke with Robert who was very persuasive in coming up with the best deal I was able to locate for my home and auto insurance in Santa Fe, NM. He also walked me through a logistical problem I was having in getting the first month home insurance paid . Robert was very patient in explaining the process and one of the best communicators I have dealt with in the industry.

Robert is pleasant, knowledgeable, and always there when I need to reach him in some regard. When I lived in California, I dealt with a series of good Farmers agents. No complaints about any of them, but in my experience Robert is the best of all.

While I was residing in New Mexico I was very pleased with the service provided by Robert Prather. While I was in the midst of selling and buying a new home after moving to AZI checked the Farmer’s Ap on my phone and the message it provided me said I no longer had any insurance with Farmers. Because I was in the middle of the housing transactions I feared I no longer had auto insurance and quickly took action to make sure I was covered by purchasing another insurance policy in AZ that was affordable. Unfortunately, I was unaware I now had two auto insurance policies. It was a very stressful and confusing time. In retrospect I should have called Robert to clear things up but did not do so because I felt panicked at the thought of not having insurance while driving in Phoenix, AZ.

Robert is always very helpful and professional. He’s available to answer my questions, make recommendations and help sort out problems. I like having someone I can sit with to explore all my insurance needs and options. Besides all this, he is personable and friendly. Whenever I am encouraged to “shop around” for better rates, I remember how available and helpful Robert is-why would I go any place different.
